Gets a tremendous, and legal spring off his back foot while always maintaining both feet on the ground. He looks relaxed, even though he obviously isn't. Shoulders down, arms going just above the hips at a 90 degree angle. I racewalk, but I sure don't look like that, nor do I go nearly as fast. FYI, racewalking doesn't beat up your body like running, but it takes more out of you (than running does).
